Week 8 - Results

Last year's champ is back on top this week with 11 points! Congrats to Jerome for a successful week! Sick Picks had a huge impact this week, with Jerome, Unc Ant and Darleen capitalizing and gaining an extra point each! In weeks to come the games will continue to surprise, and at this rate playoff picks will be difficult. So stay up people we're only half way through the season, there are more surprises in store!

Week 8 - Picks

So the picks are in! Don't relax because it's going to be another exciting week! For the first time in weeks, there are at least 8 Sick Picks! And considering last week's shocker games...I'm sure some will be nicely rewarded. There are key games where there is no real stand out one way or the other, HOU vs JAC, CIN vs SEA and DAL vs PHI. So let the fun begin!

Week 7 - Results

Last week was a doozy, I know I felt like Charlie Brown after being thrown a football from Lucy. Congrats goes out to Unc Ant & Jaison for winning week 7! They also were the only two to break double digits.  This is Jaison's second week in a row on top. Some good also landed George and Darleen's way, making good on their ATL Sick Picks!   As we get closer and closer to making our playoff picks, the choices are getting muddier. Take that with you, until next week!

Week 7 - Picks

The picks are in and the time to watch out for is 1:00pm. All the 1:00 games have a cause for tension. Prepare for madness! But don't worry you can pretty much relax after 4:15 except for one game where Darleen has dared to Sick Pick STL over DAL. Who know's Romo may Romo it...There are two other Sick Pick games to look out for DEN vs MIA and ATL vs DET. So get a nice breakfast, settle in for a light lunch and enjoy the 1:00pm games as your stomach twists and turns!

Week 6 - Results

Jaison, Jaison Bo Jaison Fee Fi Fo Jaison!!! JAISON!!!! Jaison is the big winner for week 6. Congrats to him!! He and Anthony cashed in big on their Sick Pick which was one of the most exciting games of the week, when SF took away DET undefeated season. 10 was the number of the week with more than half the group receiving 10 points. It was a pretty decent week for picks, let's see what happens next week. Will the placements continue to shift? I think it's inevitable!

Only a couple of games will matter this week in the spirit of competition, look to:

CHI vs MIN and for the rest we are all on board the same train. There are a two games that are Sick Picks, SF vs DET and NYJ vs MIA. We'll see what rewards these picks receive. It will be another interesting week of football, I'm sure we will see more movers and shakers within the games that matter!

Week 5 - Results

Awww toot toot....awww beep beep! Sorry, I had to toot my own horn this time because I won the week! Unfortunately there were no Sick Picks this week. The competition is changing...everyone is climbing their way to the top.  So with another week of just 13 games, I'm wondering what will happen next. Only two teams are undefeated, a select few are 4 and 1, and the rest of the teams are hoping that a mediocre or a poor start is about to turn around. Here are the results of week 5!

Week 5 - Picks

This is first week for byes, will it make a difference? Will it bring luck to Minnesota, will it straighten out Philly? And what about NE & The Jets a rematch that is sure to draw headlines one way or another. This week, granted there are only 13 games instead of the usual 16... but still, only two people have Sick Picks at two a piece.  What does that mean? We are all pretty much at odds for 8 out of the 13 games.  It's not 9 because the whole gang believes the Giants will win.  So I'm looking for point scores to be interesting this week.

Week 4 - Results

Week 4 Turned out to be a decent week. The average score was 10.8 only .1 down from last week , very surprising... I thought this week would have stumped the group.  Renee definitely wasn't stumped and has made her mark winning the week with 13 points. George has become a Sick Pick mogul sustaining 3 out of 4 weeks with a Sick Pick that has turned to two points and was the only Sick Pick winner of week 4.
